Bones are Bone Tide's reward points. You earn them by using the app:

• Logging catches. Your first catch of a species each day is worth the most, and it steps down after that. Mix up your species to keep earning.
• Opening the app daily. Streaks pay more at day three, seven, fourteen, thirty and fifty.
• Personal bests and new species earn bonuses.
• Releasing a fish earns a small bonus, because we would rather it swam off.

There is a daily cap so nobody can farm it, and season milestones reset each quarter.

In the app, go to Rewards and tap Redeem bones. Pick a tier, and the app generates a discount code for you.

Paste that code at checkout here on bonetideco.com. Codes are good for seven days, and your bones only come out of your balance once the order is actually confirmed. If you never use the code, the bones come back.

One code per order. Club members pay half the bones for the same discount.

Club is our membership. Members get double value on every bone, member flair, Tide Kings, and a yearly loyalty reward.

Club is sold inside the app and billed through your Apple ID, not through this website. To cancel, open your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions and cancel there. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf, and Apple handles all refunds for it.

Bones live on your account, not your device. Make sure you signed in with the same method you originally used, Apple or Google. Signing in a different way creates a separate account.

If they are still missing, email us with your handle and we will look it up.

Email support@bonetideco.com from the address on your account, or send us your handle, and ask us to delete it.

We will permanently remove your account, your catch log, your photos and your bones balance. This cannot be undone, and any unused bones or unredeemed codes are lost. We will confirm by email once it is done.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Club subscription. Cancel that in your Apple subscription settings.

The scanner is a helper, not a referee. It is usually close, but lighting, angle and lookalike species can trip it up, and you can always correct it by hand before you save the catch.

Never rely on the app to decide whether a fish is legal. Check the current Georgia regulations, and when in doubt, let it go.

Shirts are printed to order, so give us a few days to make it before it ships.

You will get a tracking email as soon as it ships. Check your spam folder, since order emails love to hide there.

If it has been more than two weeks with no tracking, email us your order number and we will chase it.

Email us a photo and your order number. If we got it wrong or it turned up damaged, we will make it right.

Everything is printed to order, so we cannot take back a shirt just because you changed your mind. Check the size chart before you order.

Your catch locations are yours. Spot scores are built from aggregated, anonymized activity, so the app can tell you a spot is producing without telling anyone that it was you who caught it there.

The short version: your account details, the catches and photos you choose to log, and location when you use location features. We do not sell your data.
